BOOKING A TATTOO

First time clients require a consultation in-person. We will talk through your idea, design layout and finances, with exceptions made for those who are travelling abroad.

This face to face consultation is used to discuss your idea in great depth before a tattoo, and it helps establish a sense of trust, and enthusiasm about the project were undertaking, while making sure we both love the direction and drawing plan. I prefer to do consultations first thing in the morning at 10am, or at the end of the day at 5pm.

Once a client is booked in, they can contact me on the Signal Application at any time! It is a one-stop shop for all references, deposit, and appointment confirmations, and is an easy way to get in regular contact with me.

THE DRAWING

I am happy to draw almost any subject matter, across many styles, but for a strong composition quality the simplest ideas are always the most effective. Eg. It is better to put 3 things in a sleeve, rather than 10.

With a busy ongoing schedule, I do not reveal a drawing until the client arrives for their booking. In the rare case you are uncertain or dissatisfied with your design, I am happy to make adjustments on the day. The previous consultation process is designed to avoid this problem, and this rarely happens.

THE FINANCE

My Half-day rate (4 hours) is $650AU

My Full-day rate (8 hours) is $1100AU

  • The Safety Deposit for an standard tattoo booking is $300. This deposit is included in the final cost of your tattoo, and acts as an insurance policy for when a client doesn’t show up, and my drawing and timeslot is lost.

  • A Safety Deposit for a sleeve or similar large-scale body project is $1000, which reflects the large commitment and time spent for both parties. I give these projects my all, and I expect strong commitment from my clients to get it done within the course of 12 months or less. This deposit is included in the cost of your tattoo, and can be used for the final session/s nearing completion.

  • In the case of having to cancel an appointment due to unforseen circumstances, I always love and appreciate people who alert me ahead of time. In the case where a client does not show up, or has to reschedule only within 48 hours, I will subtract $200 from the deposit total as insurance.

All deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to cancel or move your appointment, please let me know directly 48 hours in advance and your deposit will be spared. 3262 6574
